About This Special Issue
Plant is the vital sources of natural remedies. Every plant contains several potential phytochemicals which are demonstrating potential pharmacological activities for several acute and chronic diseases. New compounds isolated from several plants for the treatment of acute and chronic diseases. Anciently herbal medicines were effectively used to treat for all diseases. Further investigation may lead to isolation, identification and purification of these compounds as new drug with new formulation.

Several protocols may develop to evaluate these pharmacological activities. This special issue is to improve the dissemination of advanced research in the area of herbal remedies by Pharmacological and Phytochemicals investigation that can fulfill the anytime-anywhere access dream. Original research papers are solicited in any aspect of innovative Pharmacological, Phytochemicals as well as herbal formulation for several acute and chronic diseases.

Aims and Scope:

1. Improve herbal remedies for future treatment
2. Investigation of pharmacological activity
3. Establish effective methodology
4. Primary step to isolate, identification and formulate lead compounds
