About This Special Issue
Global food crisis is on the increase and most forests are constantly under enormous pressure. Pests are undoubtedly one of the most serious competitors man has. Such contest with man has resulted to bad economic condition. Man can save himself from this danger through exploration of his environment for lasting remedy to pest problems. This special issue is to improve on the dissemination of research with practical outcomes in pest science. Original research papers are solicited in any aspect of agricultural pests. However, this Special Issue devotes special attention to emerging and innovative pest control strategies, including the side effects of such measures on non-target organisms as well as the implementation of these strategies in integrated pest management (IPM).

Aim and Scope: Science and control of:

1. Stored products pests
2. Urban pests
3. Pests and vectors of agric-related diseases
4. Crop and forest pests
5. All agricultural pests

Abstract: Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) are allotropes of carbon with a nanostructure that can have a length-to-diameter ratio greater than 1,000,000. These cylindrical carbon molecules have novel properties that make them potentially useful in many applications in nanotechnology. Formally derived from the grapheme sheet they exhibit unusual mechanical properties ... Show More
